Mr. Reshetar is a graduate of Drake University with a Specialists Degree in Education Administration and in his 49th year as an educator. Previously a middle school principal, Mr. Reshetar also taught high school physical education and health education. Additionally, he has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, a Masters Degree in Recreation Administration and a Masters Degree in International Relations. His hobbies include sailing and driving a sports car.
LeRoy Ostrander is part of the Southern Minnesota Education Consortium, which includes Grand Meadow, Lyle, Glenville-Emmons, Alden-Conger, Kingsland, and Southland. This seven school consortium is focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and the ability to share almost any resource.
Mr. Reshetar retired from the Army in May, 2008 after 39 years of service worldwide. He is married to JoAnn and they enjoy three grown children and six grandchildren.
