Cardinal Care is a program with Headstart teacher and curriculum (Monday-Thursday) and Friday is available as a daycare program. Children in Cardinal Care must be enrolled in either 3 year old Early Learners or 4 year old Preschool. On the forms page you will find registration forms and agreements (included rates and hours).
