Hello.  Thank you for visiting this webpage for further information.  I'm delighted to be working with the students in the CARDS program teaching middle and high school students.

I have taught in a variety of middle school settings and subjects for many years.  I have degrees from the University of Michigan, National-Louis University, and St. Kate's.  I'm currently in graduate school (again) at St. Mary's University, pursing a degree in special education - autism spectrum disorders.  I've lived in Minnesota since 2005, but I grew up in Michigan.  I have four kids of my own: Zach is a student at RCTC; Emily will be a freshman at St. Kate's in St. Paul this fall; Sarah and Jennifer are high school seniors this year.  We love our pets: Appa the corgi;  Momo and Ruby, our cats; and Lucy, our corn snake (all of our pets are orange!).  When I'm not working on school or spending time with family, I enjoy cooking, playing Scrabble, and reading.  I'm also very interested in science - particularly weather and space.

If you ever have questions, comments, or concerns, please contact me.  Email is best - I check it several times a day and in the evening.
